Join our Organization Transformation team as a Manager and spearhead impactful change management initiatives. This role involves leading projects focused on technology-driven changes like ERP, AI, and RPA, as well as cultural transformations and mergers & acquisitions.

You'll also contribute to business development, practice enhancement through knowledge sharing and thought leadership, and build strong client relationships to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Lead and manage change management projects independently, from strategy and planning to adoption and sustenance. Develop and execute targeted communication strategies, leveraging data-driven insights from AI to accelerate delivery. Manage project deliverables with minimal oversight, serving as both a team leader and hands-on contributor.

Design change management solutions for RFPs, develop strategic recommendations, and contribute innovative engagement approaches. Actively participate in client discussions, influencing decisions and proposing novel solutions. Stay abreast of industry trends to inform effective change strategies.

Contribute to practice-building initiatives through knowledge sharing and thought leadership. Provide functional content for business development and proposal responses. Drive personal and professional growth in consulting expertise and leadership capabilities.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, HR, psychology, or related fields, complemented by 8-10 years of experience in change management, preferably within consulting.

A strong understanding of organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies is essential. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.

Experience managing workstreams independently, developing client-ready deliverables, and exposure to business development activities are key. A creative mindset, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills are also vital for success in this role.
