Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, HR, psychology, or a related field. Bring 8-10 years of experience in delivering change management initiatives, preferably within consulting or corporate transformation programs.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption strategies. Exhibit excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Familiarity with ERP applications like SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce is important. Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite is required. Proven ability to independently manage workstreams and deliver high-quality client-ready outputs is essential.
