As a Manager in Organization Transformation, you will lead business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing opportunities across various industries. You'll craft compelling value propositions and manage large-scale client engagements, ensuring adherence to commercial and risk guidelines.

In client delivery, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert in change management, driving execution excellence and ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards. Mentoring and coaching team members is a key aspect, fostering their professional growth. You will develop, monitor, and refine change management strategies tailored to organizational culture and stakeholder needs.

Thought leadership involves contributing to the practice's research base and collaborating globally to position Deloitte's capabilities effectively in the Indian market. Practice management includes supporting strategy development and deployment, focusing on key areas like capability building.

As a people manager, you'll lead teams, optimize resource allocation, and provide feedback to support the development of consultants and senior consultants.

We are looking for a Manager with proven experience and deep subject matter expertise in change management, including strategy development, communication, impact assessment, and adoption measurement. Familiarity with end-to-end business processes and technological disruptions such as ERP, AI, and RPA is essential.

Successful candidates will possess strong project management and senior stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging business leaders as catalysts for transformation. Building and managing client relationships, effectively handling potential issues, and managing small to medium teams in complex environments are critical. Prior experience leading medium to large client engagements independently is highly valued.

A creative and innovative mindset, coupled with good knowledge of technology transformation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office, is required. Expertise in tools like Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline 360 is also beneficial. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Desired qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, or a related field.
