Lead and optimize the Security Operations Center (SOC) to ensure swift and effective detection, analysis, and response to cyber threats. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing team performance, and fostering continuous improvement in security monitoring and incident response functions.

Key duties include managing teams, planning shifts, and overseeing performance. You will also drive improvements in threat detection through use case tuning and SIEM optimization. Collaboration with stakeholders for incident handling and enhancing security posture is essential.

A proven track record of 8-13 years in Cyber Security, with substantial experience in SOC operations is required. Hands-on expertise with SIEM tools like QRadar and Splunk, EDR, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence platforms is essential.

A strong grasp of incident response methodologies, threat detection strategies, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework is crucial. Experience managing teams in a 24x7 operational setting and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary. Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISM, or GCIA are advantageous.

Candidates should possess experience in SOC transformation, automation, or managing large-scale managed security services. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required.
