Deloitte's Human Capital practice is at the forefront of addressing contemporary business challenges in HR, talent, and organization. We utilize research, analytics, and deep industry insights to design and implement impactful programs, ranging from business-driven HR initiatives to advanced talent, leadership, and change management solutions.

Your role will involve supporting the end-to-end design and implementation of compensation strategies, including base pay structures, variable pay programs, and long-term incentives. You will conduct market benchmarking studies and assist in developing robust job architecture and leveling frameworks.

Further responsibilities include analyzing compensation data, modeling the financial impact of proposed changes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on performance management and rewards enablement. You will also be responsible for preparing client-facing deliverables such as reports, presentations, and dashboards, while staying informed about relevant regulatory developments.

We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in Compensation & Benefits program design and management, incentive design, and performance management. A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar capacity is required.

Essential skills include an analytical mindset, proficiency in MS Office, and strong data analysis capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial, alongside the ability to apply design thinking methodologies. A Bachelor's degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's Degree from a Tier 1 institute is expected.
