As a Manager in Workforce Transformation, you will be instrumental in identifying and leading business development pursuits across various industry verticals. You'll craft compelling value propositions and manage large accounts, ensuring adherence to commercial and risk guidelines.

Your client delivery responsibilities include acting as a Subject Matter Expert in organization transformation and design, mentoring team members, and refining change management strategies. You will also play a key role in practice management, contributing to strategy development and capability building, while effectively managing team dynamics and professional development.

We are seeking individuals with deep subject matter expertise in Compensation & Benefits program design/management, incentive design/management, Performance Management, HR Advisory, and Consulting. Strong project management and senior stakeholder management skills are essential.

Candidates should possess experience with the future of the workforce, including areas like Cognitive Technologies, AI, and RPA. Proficiency in MS Office and data modeling, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills, is required. Experience in formulating a structured design thinking methodology is also beneficial. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, preferably HR, is expected.
