This role involves supporting the design and implementation of comprehensive compensation strategies, including base pay structures, variable pay programs, and long-term incentives. You will conduct market benchmarking and assist in developing robust job architecture, leveling frameworks, and career paths.

Key responsibilities include analyzing compensation data, modeling the financial impact of proposed changes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on performance management and rewards enablement. You will also prepare client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and dashboards, while staying abreast of regulatory developments impacting rewards.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Compensation & Benefits program design and management, alongside expertise in incentive design and performance management. A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is required, coupled with an analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to formulate design thinking using a structured methodology. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's Degree from a Tier 1 institute.
