As an Associate Director, you will be instrumental in identifying and leading market opportunities, driving business development, and supporting strategic account management. We seek an Associate Director with 10-15 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits program design/management, incentive design, and performance management. A strong analytical mindset, proficiency in MS Office and data modelling, and excellent verbal/written communication skills are essential.

Ideal candidates will possess the ability to formulate structured methodologies using design thinking and demonstrate outstanding academic credentials. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a Tier-1 B-School is required, along with hands-on experience in areas like Cognitive technologies, AI, RPA, and Next-gen process design is a plus.
