As a Senior Consultant, you will independently manage project tasks and guide consultants and analysts. You will lead project teams under the direction of senior leadership and develop client-ready deliverables. A key aspect of this role involves anticipating client needs and formulating effective solutions.

Further responsibilities include maintaining and expanding client relationships through exceptional service delivery, identifying and resolving critical client issues, and contributing to new business development efforts. You will also be responsible for your own professional growth and skill enhancement, as well as developing client presentation content and leading daily project execution. Providing implementation assistance and contributing to internal practice initiatives are also integral parts of this role.

We are seeking a candidate with approximately 5-8 years of robust experience in areas such as Leadership Consulting, Leadership Development, Advisory, Organization Development, and Talent Management. A strong analytical mindset is essential, complemented by proficiency in MS Office and data modelling skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are a must. Educational qualifications should include a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's Degree in fields like Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, or Psychology.
