A minimum of 10 years of experience is required in areas such as Organization Transformation, Organization Development, Leadership Development, Competency Framework, Leadership Assessment, Learning Solutions, HR Advisory, and Consulting.

Possess a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office and data modeling. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to formulate structured methodologies using design thinking is expected.

Academic qualifications should include excellent credentials, with a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's Degree from a Tier 1 B-School. Experience in areas like Cognitive Technologies, AI, RPA, and Next-gen process design is highly advantageous.
