As a Manager, you will lead project tasks independently, guiding consultants and analysts. You will manage project teams with senior guidance, develop deliverable content that meets client needs, and anticipate client requirements to formulate solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining and expanding client relationships through exceptional service delivery, identifying and resolving critical client issues, and contributing to new business proposals. You will also manage your own professional development, expanding consulting skills and experiences, and developing content for client presentations.

We seek candidates with 7-10 years of strong experience in areas such as Competency Framework, Organization Development, Learning, and Leadership Development. A keen analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office and data analysis are essential. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to apply a design thinking structured methodology. Excellent academic credentials are a must. A Bachelor’s, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field is expected.
