As a Consultant, you will perform project tasks independently, potentially guiding consultants and analysts. You'll have the ability to lead project teams under the guidance of senior leadership. Develop high-quality deliverable content that addresses client needs and anticipate future challenges. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service is key.
Key responsibilities include anticipating client needs, formulating solutions with managerial guidance, and identifying/resolving issues critical to client success. You will contribute to new business proposals and actively manage your personal and professional development, enhancing your consulting skills. The role involves developing content for client presentations, leading daily execution plans, and providing implementation assistance. Additionally, you will contribute to practice building and other internal initiatives.

We are seeking individuals with approximately 3-5 years of experience in Leadership Consulting, Leadership Development, Advisory, Organization Development, or Talent Management. A strong analytical mindset and proficiency in MS Office, coupled with data modeling skills, are essential. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are paramount. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's, Post-Graduation Diploma, or Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
