Leverage your expertise in instructional design to create impactful learning experiences that address critical HR, talent, and organization priorities in today's dynamic business landscape.

Shape course structures, objectives, and assessments, devising effective training strategies for eLearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and blended formats. Visualize and direct the creation of instructional graphics, animations, and user interfaces, providing clear instructions for production teams.

Develop engaging exercises and activities to enhance learning. Produce supporting multimedia content, including audio, video, simulations, role plays, and games, collaborating with dedicated internal or outsourced teams. Conduct quality reviews of training deliverables and work closely with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content accuracy and client alignment.

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Instructional Design is essential. This is a contractual role for an initial 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and firm discretion.

Proficiency with authoring, simulation, and animation tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond is required. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Educational Technology, or a related field is necessary.

Familiarity with instructional design models, adult learning theories, and effective pedagogical strategies for online instruction, including collaborative learning and Bloom's Taxonomy, is crucial. Strong storyboarding and visualization skills are needed to transform source material into interactive and visually appealing multimedia learning products. Experience with video-based or game-based learning content development is highly valued.
