As part of Deloitte's Workforce Transformation practice, you will play a crucial role in addressing today's complex business challenges by designing and executing innovative talent and leadership development initiatives. Design comprehensive course structures, define clear learning objectives, and develop robust assessments to facilitate effective knowledge transfer. Ideate and implement appropriate instructional strategies, visualizing complex concepts through graphics and animations for production teams. Develop interactive exercises and engaging multimedia content, including audio, video, simulations, and role-plays, ensuring high-quality deliverables through thorough review processes.

Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts to guarantee content accuracy and alignment with client needs. Effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to enhance course content and animations while adhering to project standards. Lead client calls, manage project documentation, and coach junior team members to uphold quality standards.

This role requires 2-5 years of experience in instructional design, with a preference for candidates comfortable with a contractual engagement of 6 months, extendable based on performance. Proficiency in authoring, simulation capture, and animation development tools such as Storyline, Captivate, and Vyond is essential. A BA or MA in English, or a B.Ed., Educational Technology, or a similar field, is required.

Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning theories, and pedagogical strategies for online instruction is crucial. Strong storyboarding, visualization, and multimedia development skills are necessary, alongside experience in quality review processes and the course development cycle. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, are expected.
