Deloitte's Human Capital practice addresses new waves of HR, talent, and organization priorities with research, analytics, and industry insights. This role focuses on designing and executing critical talent and change programs.

This is a contractual position for 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and firm discretion.

Leverage instructional design principles to craft course structures, define learning objectives, and develop effective assessments. Strategize on training delivery methods, including eLearning, instructor-led training (ILT), and blended approaches.

Visualize instructional graphics and user interfaces, providing detailed instructions for production teams. Create engaging exercises and supporting multimedia materials like audio, video, simulations, and role-plays. Conduct quality reviews of training deliverables and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and client alignment.

Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and clients. Incorporate feedback to refine course content and animations, ensuring adherence to project standards. Lead client calls and meetings with clear agendas to manage requirements.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Instructional Design is required.

Proficiency in authoring, simulation capture, and animation development tools such as Storyline, Captivate, and Vyond is essential.

Possession of a BA or MA in English, or a B.Ed. in Educational Technology or a related field is necessary.

Experience with 3D/AR/VR technology-based learning, knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning theories, and effective pedagogical strategies are advantageous.

Strong storyboarding and visualization skills are crucial for transforming source material into interactive and engaging multimedia learning products. Familiarity with the course development cycle and quality review processes is also important.
