Join our Human Capital team as a Senior Consultant specializing in Workforce Transformation and Executive Rewards. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to advise leading organizations on critical HR and talent strategies. You'll leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to shape and execute impactful programs, driving business-driven HR initiatives and innovative talent solutions.

Provide expert advisory services on executive compensation for C-suite and senior leadership across various industries. Design and assess long-term incentive plans, including cash and equity-based programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and sustainable value creation.

Advise on Board and Non-Executive Director remuneration, including benchmarking fees against market standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends in executive remuneration to deliver actionable client insights.

Lead the Executive Performance and Rewards Survey, preparing comprehensive client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and dashboards. Stay abreast of regulatory changes, like SEBI guidelines, impacting reward structures. Contribute to thought leadership and internal capability enhancement.

A minimum of 4-6 years of experience is required in Executive Compensation Consulting, HR consulting, organizational development, HR transformation, talent management, change management, or similar fields. A very strong understanding of laws and regulations governing executive and share-based compensation is essential.

Proven experience in delivering consulting projects within matrixed and fast-paced environments is key. Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills are necessary, alongside strong facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities. The capacity to manage multiple priorities, clients, and stakeholders effectively is crucial for success in this role.
