Lead executive compensation advisory for senior leadership, designing and evaluating long-term incentive plans (cash and equity). Advise on Board and Non-Executive Director compensation, ensuring alignment with market practices and regulations. Analyze industry trends and peer group practices to provide actionable insights. Manage the Executive Performance and Rewards Survey, anticipating client needs and delivering high-quality solutions. Identify and resolve critical client issues, contributing to new business development and practice growth.

This role requires strong experience in Executive Compensation & Benefits program design and management, with expertise in incentive and performance management. A proven ability to design Long-Term Incentives and engage senior executives is essential. We are seeking candidates with 6-8 years of experience in similar skillsets, preferably with a consulting background. A deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations concerning executive and share-based compensation is crucial.
