As a Senior Consultant in Organizational Transformation, your primary focus will be on leading and managing high-quality learning interventions. This includes developing training strategies, conducting needs analyses, and creating comprehensive learning content. You will oversee the conceptualization and delivery of design projects, ensuring they meet a business-ready standard with minimal supervision.

Your responsibilities will also involve contributing innovative ideas, researching new program concepts, and measuring the effectiveness of current learning efforts. You'll ensure all design elements align with client brand guidelines and facilitate design research sessions. Staying informed about industry trends and the competitive design landscape will be crucial to informing our client strategies.

We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of experience in instructional design, digital content creation, or a similar corporate role. A creative and innovative mindset coupled with strong design sensibility is essential.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, or SAP Enable Now are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for creating persuasive content and engaging with senior stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple projects effectively, demonstrate strategic and creative thinking, and showcase a strong portfolio of learning designs are key prerequisites for this position.
