This role is pivotal in addressing modern HR, talent, and organization priorities, leveraging research, analytics, and industry insights to design and implement critical programs.

As part of our Human Capital Practice, you will contribute to innovative talent, leadership, and change initiatives, driving impactful solutions for our clients.

Lead high-quality learning interventions, including training strategy, needs analysis, curriculum development, and digital learning products, tailored to specific project briefs and timelines. Oversee the conceptualization and delivery of design projects, managing learning deliverables to a business-ready standard with minimal supervision. Actively engage in discussions, propose innovative ideas, and guide creative execution to ensure consistent, targeted, and impactful messaging.

Develop new program concepts, research branding techniques, and measure current learning efforts. Ensure alignment with client brand guidelines, manage design research, storyboarding, and brainstorming sessions. Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive design landscape to provide strategic insights to the team.

Proven subject matter expertise with a strong grasp of business practices is essential. Engage business leaders as a catalyst for transformation, fostering collaboration and motivating teams. Build and manage client relationships, adeptly handling potential issues. Possess excellent time and project management skills, capable of handling multiple concurrent projects.

Experience in professional services, global consultancy, or large public/private organizations is valued. Experience managing teams in complex environments and leading significant client engagements independently is required. A creative and innovative mindset is crucial, along with good knowledge of technology transformation projects, particularly ERP applications like SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and expertise in Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, or SAP Enable Now are necessary. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are vital for developing persuasive messages.
