Engage in market leadership by supporting proposal development and client presentations for HR M&A opportunities.

Conduct comprehensive HR due diligence covering organization structure, workforce, leadership, compensation, benefits, HR operations, and employee relations. Identify people-related risks, costs, synergies, and integration considerations.

Support post-deal integration and separation activities, including Day 1 readiness, workforce transition planning, retention strategies, organization design, and HR operating model alignment.

Contribute to culture and change management initiatives by conducting stakeholder assessments, culture diagnostics, and supporting communication and employee engagement activities.

Foster practice growth through knowledge development, thought leadership, and coaching junior team members.

This role requires 4-8 years of relevant consulting experience, with demonstrated exposure to HR due diligence, post-merger integration, or separation engagements.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential. The ability to manage workstreams and effectively interact with client stakeholders is crucial.

An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a top-tier institution is preferred. While the primary work location is often Bengaluru, opportunities may also arise in Mumbai or Delhi.
