Join our Human Capital team focused on Organizational Transformation and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). We address the evolving HR, talent, and organization priorities facing businesses today. Our Human Capital services utilize research, analytics, and industry expertise to design and implement critical programs, from business-driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, and change initiatives.

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting M&A activities within the Human Capital domain, contributing to client success and practice development.

Your responsibilities will span critical areas of M&A advisory and integration.

You will support business development, proposal creation, and client presentations for HR M&A opportunities. Building strong relationships with HR, business, and deal stakeholders will be essential.

Key activities include conducting comprehensive HR due diligence covering organizational structure, workforce, leadership, compensation, benefits, HR operations, and employee relations. You will identify people-related risks, costs, synergies, and integration challenges, collaborating with strategy, tax, and technology teams.

Post-deal, you will assist with Day 1 readiness, integration planning, and separation management. This includes workforce transition, retention strategies, organization design, and HR operating model alignment, as well as supporting TSA planning and governance.

Furthermore, you will contribute to culture diagnostics, change management initiatives, and the development of training materials.

Practice building involves contributing to knowledge development, thought leadership, and coaching junior team members.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 4-8 years of relevant consulting experience. A strong background in HR due diligence, post-merger integration, or separation engagements is essential.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are required, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience managing workstreams and effectively interacting with client stakeholders is crucial.

An MBA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification from a premier institution is preferred for this role.
