Join our Human Capital - Organizational Transformation team, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). We help organizations navigate critical HR, talent, and organization priorities. Our practice leverages research, analytics, and industry insights to design and implement innovative talent, leadership, and change programs.

This role offers the chance to work on high-impact projects, collaborating with diverse teams and clients to address complex business challenges in the HR and M&A space.

Support business development by assisting with proposal creation and client presentations for HR M&A opportunities. Conduct thorough HR due diligence, evaluating aspects like organization structure, workforce dynamics, compensation, and employee relations. Identify potential people-related risks and integration considerations.

Play a key role in post-deal integration and separation activities, including Day 1 readiness and workforce transition planning. Contribute to culture and change management initiatives by conducting stakeholder assessments and developing communication plans. Assist in practice-building efforts by contributing to knowledge development and coaching junior team members.

We are seeking a Consultant with 1-4 years of experience in HR consulting, change management, organization transformation, workforce transformation, or M&A advisory. A strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.

Demonstrated experience in managing workstreams and effectively interacting with client stakeholders is required. While not mandatory, an MBA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification from a premier institution is preferred for this role. Locations include Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru.
