Engage in market leadership by supporting proposal development, client presentations, and business development for HR M&A opportunities. Cultivate strong relationships with HR, business, and deal stakeholders while delivering high-quality analyses and actionable recommendations.

Provide crucial pre-deal advisory and HR due diligence, scrutinizing organization structure, workforce, leadership, compensation, benefits, HR operations, and employee relations to identify people-related risks, costs, and synergies. Collaborate seamlessly with PMI, Strategy, Tax, and Technology teams for integrated diligence efforts.

Support post-deal integration and separation activities, including Day 1 readiness, integration planning, and separation management. Assist with workforce transition, retention strategies, organizational design, and HR operating model alignment. Offer support for TSA planning, synergy tracking, and governance reporting.

Drive culture and change management initiatives by conducting stakeholder assessments and culture diagnostics. Aid in change impact assessments, communication planning, and employee engagement activities. Develop training and adoption materials for transformation programs.

Contribute to practice building through knowledge development, thought leadership, and creating reusable assets. Mentor junior team members and support capability-building programs.

We are seeking a Consultant with 1-4 years of experience in HR consulting, change management, organization transformation, workforce transformation, or M&A advisory.

Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience managing workstreams and interacting with client stakeholders.

An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a top-tier institute is preferred for this role.
