As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in developing high-quality deliverable content tailored to client needs and contract specifications. You'll proactively identify and address client challenges, fostering strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery. Your role involves contributing to new business proposals, managing your personal and professional growth, and developing strategic conclusions and recommendations for client presentations. You will lead day-to-day execution, provide implementation support, and actively contribute to practice building initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with 4-6 years of robust experience in Organization Design, Transformation, Performance Management, and Organization Structure. Proficiency in MS Office and data modeling is essential, alongside outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. A strong grasp of design thinking methodologies is required. Ideal candidates possess excellent academic credentials, including a Bachelor's degree or a Post-Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree from a Tier-1 Business School.
