Possess 4-6 years of robust experience in Organization Design, Organization Transformation, Performance Management, and Organization Structure. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office suite and strong data modeling capabilities. Exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills, essential for client interaction and reporting. Display a strong ability to formulate and apply design thinking methodologies. Present excellent academic credentials, including a Bachelor's Degree or a Post-Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree from a Tier-1 business school.
