As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in developing compelling deliverable content tailored to client needs. You'll proactively identify client challenges and formulate effective solutions, anticipating their needs with guidance from leadership. A core part of this role involves nurturing and expanding client relationships through exceptional service delivery.

Your responsibilities will also include contributing to new business proposals, managing your personal and professional growth, and developing insightful conclusions and recommendations. You'll be responsible for creating client presentations, leading day-to-day project execution, and providing implementation assistance. Additionally, you'll contribute to practice building and internal initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with approximately 4-6 years of robust experience in Organization Design, Organizational Transformation, Performance Management, and Organization Structure. Proficiency in Malayalam at an intermediate level is required, alongside strong command of MS Office and data modelling skills.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are essential, as is the capacity to apply a structured design thinking methodology. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, including a Bachelor's degree or a Post-Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree from a Tier-1 B-School.
