We are seeking candidates with approximately 4-6 years of experience in Organization Design, Organization Transformation, Performance Management, and Organization Structure. Proficiency in Malayalam at an intermediate level is required. Strong command over MS Office and demonstrated data modeling skills are essential.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are a must, alongside the capacity to apply design thinking methodologies. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, including a Bachelor's or Master's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma from a Tier-1 B School.
