Independently manage key project modules, focusing on organization design, workforce planning, HR processes, and performance management. You will collaborate closely with project leadership and senior client stakeholders. This includes assessing current structures, developing future-state organizations, leading manpower analyses, reviewing HR policies, and building stakeholder alignment. You will also structure complex problems, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable implementation roadmaps.

We seek a professional with approximately 8 years of experience in HR Transformation, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, or Organization Development. Essential skills include strong structured problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to independently manage client deliverables. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business writing is crucial, as is confidence in interacting with and facilitating discussions for senior client stakeholders. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is required. This is an onsite position, requiring full-time dedication at the client location in Gandhinagar.
