Independently manage key modules in organization design, workforce planning, HR processes, and performance management, collaborating closely with project leadership and senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include: - Assessing current structures, roles, and governance to develop future-state organization designs. - Leading manpower analyses for staffing, deployment, workload, and productivity, creating manpower norms. - Reviewing HR policies and processes to recommend improvements in role architecture, performance management, and HR governance. - Conducting stakeholder interviews and working sessions, building alignment around recommendations. - Structuring complex organizational problems, analyzing data, and developing practical implementation roadmaps. - Owning assigned modules, timelines, and deliverables, guiding junior team members.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with approximately 8 years of relevant experience in HR Transformation, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, or Organization Development. Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capabilities are essential, with the ability to independently manage client deliverables.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business writing is required. You should be confident interacting with senior client stakeholders and facilitating working discussions. A willingness to be based full-time at the client location in Gandhinagar is also necessary. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is a prerequisite for this role.
