You will manage your personal and professional growth, enhancing your consulting skills and experiences, while also developing compelling conclusions and recommendations for client presentations.

Lead the execution of daily plans set by the Deloitte Human Capital team lead and provide implementation assistance as needed. Engage in practice building and other internal initiatives to contribute to the firm's growth and development.

We are seeking candidates with 4-6 years of robust experience in Organization Design, Organization Transformation, Performance Management, and Organization Structure. Proficiency in MS Office and data modeling is essential. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to formulate a structured design thinking methodology.

Excellent academic credentials are a must, including a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a Tier-1 B School. Experience in Organization Design, Transformation, Performance Management, and Organization Structure is crucial for success in this role.
