Proactively identify and resolve challenges crucial to clients' strategic and operational success. Lead the day-to-day execution of project plans as directed by the Deloitte Human Capital team lead. Provide essential implementation assistance and contribute to practice-building initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years of deep subject matter expertise across the HR domain, including HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, and HR Technology engagements.

Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential, complemented by advanced data modeling capabilities. Strong Excel and analytical skills are required to manage large datasets and extract actionable organizational insights.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for distilling complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders. Candidates should possess structured problem-solving approaches and design thinking methodologies to develop innovative, client-centric HR solutions.

Strong academic credentials, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline), are expected. Flexibility to collaborate across global teams, adapt to diverse time zones, and thrive in a hybrid working environment is also a key requirement.
