As a Consultant, you will shape client deliverables, anticipate needs, and formulate strategic solutions. You will be responsible for nurturing client relationships through exceptional service delivery. Identifying and resolving critical client challenges will be key, alongside contributing to new business proposals. Personal and professional development, including enhancing consulting skills, is encouraged.

You will develop insightful conclusions and recommendations, prepare client presentations, and lead the execution of project plans. Providing implementation assistance and contributing to practice building initiatives are also integral parts of this role.

We seek a candidate with 3-5 years of robust experience in Organization Design, Organization Transformation, Performance Management, and Organization Structure. Proficiency in MS Office and strong data modeling skills are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are a must.

The ideal candidate can formulate structured methodologies using design thinking principles. A strong academic background is required, including a Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a Tier-1 B-School.
