As a Consultant, you will be instrumental in developing high-quality deliverable content tailored to client needs and contract specifications. You'll proactively identify and address client issues, nurturing client relationships through exceptional service delivery.

Your role involves contributing to new business proposals, managing your personal and professional growth, and expanding your consulting expertise. You will also be responsible for developing insightful conclusions and recommendations, crafting compelling client presentations, and leading the execution of daily plans. Additionally, you'll provide implementation assistance and contribute to practice building initiatives.

We are seeking individuals with approximately 3-5 years of robust experience in Organization Design, Organization Transformation, Performance Management, and Organization Structure. Proficiency in MS Office and strong data modelling skills are essential.

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities are a must. The ideal candidate can formulate solutions using a structured design thinking methodology. A strong academic background is expected, including a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, or a Post Graduation Diploma from a Tier-1 B School.
