Join our Human Capital team as a Consultant, focusing on Organizational Transformation within our Advisory practice. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of HR, talent, and organization priorities for our clients. You will leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to design and execute critical programs, driving innovative talent and change initiatives.

This position is based full-time at the client location in Gandhinagar, India, and requires close interaction with client teams. We are seeking professionals who can independently manage analyses and deliverables, effectively translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

In this role, you will engage with project teams and client stakeholders on key areas including organization design, manpower planning, HR processes, and performance management. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Reviewing and redesigning organization structures, roles, and reporting relationships. - Analyzing manpower deployment, staffing needs, and workforce gaps to develop staffing models. - Evaluating HR processes and policies, and supporting the development of performance management systems. - Conducting interviews and workshops with client stakeholders to gather insights and identify project implications. - Analyzing data and creating clear presentations, Excel models, and implementation plans.

The ideal candidate will possess approximately 5 years of relevant experience in HR transformation, organization design, workforce planning, or organization development. Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and excellent business writing skills.

You should be comfortable working independently and managing assigned workstreams. The ability to interact effectively with senior client stakeholders is crucial. Prior consulting experience, especially within government or large institutional organizations, is highly valued. Exposure to large-scale organization restructuring or HR transformation programs is also beneficial. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is required.
