Join our Human Capital-Organizational Transformation team as a Consultant in Gandhinagar. This role focuses on addressing new waves of HR, talent, and organization priorities, leveraging research and analytics to design and execute critical programs. Contribute to innovative talent and change initiatives within Deloitte's Human Capital Practice.

Engage with project teams and client stakeholders on organization design, manpower planning, HR processes, and performance management. Independently lead analyses and deliverables, interact effectively with clients, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Key areas include reviewing organizational structures, analyzing workforce deployment and planning, refining HR processes and policies, and facilitating stakeholder discussions. You will analyze data, develop presentations, and create clear recommendations and implementation plans.

This position requires approximately 5 years of relevant experience in HR Transformation, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, or Organization Development. Essential skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business writing, and the capacity to manage workstreams independently.

Comfort working with senior client stakeholders is crucial, as is a willingness to be based full-time at the client location in Gandhinagar. Prior consulting experience and exposure to government/PSU organizations or large-scale HR transformation programs are advantageous. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is required.
