Join our dynamic HR Transformation Team as a Consultant and contribute to shaping the future of HR. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing robust reporting solutions within Oracle Cloud applications, focusing on OTBI and BI Publisher.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with clients, understand their unique reporting needs, and deliver high-quality, customized reports that drive business insights and operational efficiency. You will work with cutting-edge Oracle Cloud technologies and be a key player in enhancing client satisfaction.

Lead the end-to-end development, customization, and optimization of OTBI and BI Publisher reports for Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM).

Collaborate closely with functional teams to translate complex reporting requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Execute data extraction, transformation, and reporting tasks, ensuring seamless integration with other applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve any reporting discrepancies or technical issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Participate actively in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from initial requirements gathering through to testing and deployment.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required, alongside a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle reporting, with at least 2 years focused on Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).

Possess strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and how OTBI/BIP integrates across various modules. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud security, Agile methodologies, and performance tuning of reports is highly advantageous. Oracle certifications in BI, OTBI, or Oracle Analytics Cloud are a plus.
