Join our dynamic Human Capital team as an Oracle Fusion Payroll Manager, focusing on HR transformation. You will play a crucial role in building and strengthening client relationships while delivering exceptional results.

This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Payroll, including advanced configuration and implementation knowledge. You will leverage your expertise to drive impactful HR solutions for our clients across India.

Manage and lead Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for HR transformation initiatives. Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Payroll modules to meet specific client business requirements. Provide expert guidance on Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas, including writing, amending, and understanding complex logic. Oversee payroll reconciliation processes and develop effective parallel run strategies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll, coupled with a relevant certification. Proficiency in Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas, with the ability to develop and modify complex formulas. Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Solid understanding of payroll business processes and constraints, enabling value addition through system insights. Experience with at least one full Oracle Fusion HCM Global Payroll Module implementation, preferably in UK, USA, or Middle East. Familiarity with payroll reconciliation, parallel run strategies, and data loading tools like Batch Loader/SHDL. Knowledge of integration touchpoints, particularly with Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences modules is essential. Experience configuring and utilizing standard connectors for third-party payroll providers such as ADP and CDP is a plus. A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business or a related field is required.
