This role focuses on Oracle Fusion Payroll within the HR Transformation practice, requiring deep functional expertise and a commitment to client success.

As a Senior Consultant, you will build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently exceeding expectations. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll to add value through the definition and delivery of module information.

You will also be expected to contribute to implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, demonstrating a strong understanding of the payroll business environment and its constraints.

We are seeking individuals with at least 5 years of experience and certification in Oracle Fusion Payroll functional areas. A solid understanding of Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas, including writing, amending, and understanding them, is essential.

Key skills include experience with at least one Payroll Implementation in Fusion HCM Global Payroll Module, preferably in UK/USA/Middle East, along with expertise in payroll reconciliation processes and parallel run strategies. Familiarity with Batch loader/SHDL for data load and understanding of integration touchpoints with modules like Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences are also required. Knowledge of configuring and utilizing standard connectors for payroll providers such as ADP and CDP is beneficial. While not strictly required, additional Oracle Fusion HCM knowledge is a plus. A Bachelor's degree, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's degree in business or a related field is necessary.
