Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as an Oracle Fusion Analyst in Bengaluru, playing a key role in our HR Transformation Team. This position focuses on leveraging deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll to enhance client HR and talent programs.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be instrumental in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, ensuring seamless operations. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll functional areas, including writing, amending, and understanding Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas.

Your responsibilities will include contributing to at least one full payroll implementation within the Fusion HCM Global Payroll Module, preferably with UK/USA/Middle East exposure. You will also be involved in payroll reconciliation processes and defining parallel run strategies for successful transitions.

The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience and holds a certification in Oracle Fusion Payroll functional expertise. A strong understanding of the payroll business environment and its constraints is essential to add value through the effective utilization of the Oracle Fusion Payroll module.

Key skills include experience with at least one Fusion HCM Global Payroll Module implementation, payroll reconciliation, and batch data loading. Familiarity with integration touchpoints for Benefits, Time & Labor, and Absences is also crucial. A Bachelor's, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master's degree in a relevant business field is required.
