As a Team Lead - Cross Train, you will be instrumental in configuring, testing, and supporting Workday Core HCM. You will apply your HR ERP knowledge to understand and map existing processes to Workday functionality, including SuperVIsory Organizations, Staffing Models, and the Worker Lifecycle.

Key duties include assisting with configuration of various Workday modules, conducting comprehensive testing (unit, regression, smoke), supporting data validation and loads using EIB, and collaborating with cross-functional HR teams. You will also be involved in release analysis, tenant migration, and maintaining project documentation. Your role extends to operational governance, incident review, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or Engineering. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of functional experience with established HR ERP/HCM platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or PeopleSoft HCM is required. Prior Workday experience is beneficial but not essential.

Essential qualifications include a strong grasp of HR master data, organizational structures, worker lifecycle processes, and business workflows within an HR ERP/HCM context. Demonstrated ability and eagerness to cross-train on Workday Core HCM is crucial. Experience in configuration, testing, data validation, production support, or enhancement delivery within an HR ERP/HCM environment is highly valued. An HR ERP/HCM certification is preferred.
