As a Team Lead - Cross Train, you will:

- Apply your HR ERP/HCM knowledge to employee data, organizational structures, and worker lifecycle processes while learning Workday concepts. - Participate in structured Workday Core HCM cross-training and hands-on configuration. - Develop expertise in Workday Supervisory Organizations, Staffing Models, and related modules. - Assist with Workday Core HCM configuration, including business processes and security setup. - Execute various testing types, document results, and support defect resolution. - Learn and support data loads using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB). - Validate and reconcile HR data across systems for Workday activities. - Collaborate with HR functional teams and support issue triage across different areas. - Follow ITIL, Agile, and quality standards for AMS/Operate engagements.

We are seeking candidates with:

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - 2-5 years of functional experience in HR ERP/HCM platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or PeopleSoft HCM. - A strong understanding of HR master data, organizational structures, worker lifecycle, business workflows, and security within HR ERP/HCM. - Experience in configuration, testing, data validation, issue analysis, or production support within an HR ERP/HCM environment. - Demonstrated ability and willingness to cross-train on Workday Core HCM.
