As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting various stages of the Workday lifecycle, from initial configuration and testing to ongoing production support and continuous improvement. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to client success.

Configure and test Workday Core HCM modules, including organizational structures, staffing, and worker lifecycle transactions.

Assist with data validation, mass data loads using EIB, and reconciliations.

Provide functional support, analyze issues, and contribute to defect resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to understand process dependencies and impacts.

Participate in release analysis, tenant migration, and post-deployment validation.

Contribute to documentation, knowledge articles, and continuous improvement initiatives.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.

You should have 2-5 years of functional experience with HR ERP/HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or PeopleSoft HCM.

A strong understanding of HR master data, organizational structures, job and position management, worker lifecycle processes, business workflows, approvals, and role-based security is essential.

Demonstrated ability and eagerness to cross-train on Workday Core HCM are critical. Prior Workday experience is a plus but not mandatory.
