You'll contribute to critical aspects of the Workday lifecycle, from initial configuration and testing to ongoing support and optimization, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from their investment.

As a Team Lead, you will utilize your HR ERP knowledge to gain proficiency in Workday Core HCM through structured cross-training and hands-on experience. Key duties involve supporting configuration of organizational structures, staffing, worker lifecycle events, and business processes. You'll execute various testing phases, assist with data validation and loads, and collaborate with cross-functional HR teams. Additionally, you'll participate in release analysis, operational governance, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years of functional experience with an HR ERP/HCM platform such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or PeopleSoft HCM. A strong understanding of HR master data, organizational structures, worker lifecycle, and security within HR systems is essential. Demonstrated ability and eagerness for Workday Core HCM cross-training are key. Experience in configuration, testing, data validation, or production support within an HR ERP/HCM environment is required.
