Join our dynamic Deloitte Workday team as a Team Lead, focusing on cross-training in Human Capital Management (HCM). This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your existing HR ERP expertise and develop in-depth knowledge of Workday solutions. You will be instrumental in supporting clients through initial planning, full system implementation, and ongoing support, going beyond basic issue resolution to provide strategic advisory and enhancement guidance.

As a Team Lead, you will bridge your current HR ERP/HCM functional knowledge with Workday Core HCM. This involves participating in structured cross-training, hands-on configuration, testing, data validation, and production support. Key duties include analyzing HR business requirements, mapping existing processes to Workday, assisting with configuration tasks such as organizational structures and business processes, executing various testing phases, and supporting data loads. You will also validate data across systems, participate in release impact analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to understand end-to-end process dependencies.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years of functional experience in an HR ERP/HCM platform (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud). A strong understanding of HR master data, organizational structures, worker lifecycle processes, and security is essential. Prior Workday experience is a plus. You must demonstrate a strong aptitude and willingness to cross-train on Workday Core HCM. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and stakeholder management skills are highly valued.
