As a Team Lead - Cross Train, you will be instrumental in configuring, testing, and supporting Workday Core HCM. Your responsibilities include applying HR ERP knowledge to Workday concepts, participating in structured cross-training, and assisting with configuration tasks under guidance.

You will also support data validation, defect resolution, and EIB data loads. Collaboration with cross-functional HR teams is crucial to understand end-to-end process dependencies and support issue triage. Continuous learning and client engagement are key, as you'll progressively take ownership of tasks and identify process improvement opportunities.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years of functional experience in an HR ERP/HCM platform like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or PeopleSoft HCM. A strong understanding of core HR master data, organizational structures, worker lifecycle, and security concepts is essential.

Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for cross-training on Workday Core HCM are vital. Experience in configuration, testing, data validation, or production support within an HR ERP/HCM environment is required. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills will enable you to translate your transferable HR ERP knowledge into valuable Workday capabilities.
