As a Team Lead, your responsibilities will encompass HR ERP knowledge application and Workday cross-training, focusing on core HCM concepts. You will actively participate in configuration, testing, and data validation activities, assisting with production support and enhancement efforts. Key duties include mapping HR business requirements to Workday functionality, executing various testing phases, supporting data loads via EIB, and validating data accuracy. Collaboration with cross-functional HR teams like Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting is essential for understanding end-to-end process dependencies. You will also contribute to operational governance and client engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years of functional experience in HR ERP/HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or PeopleSoft HCM. A strong foundational understanding of HR master data, organizational structures, worker lifecycle processes, and role-based security is crucial. Prior Workday experience is a plus, but a demonstrated ability and eagerness to cross-train on Workday Core HCM is paramount. Experience in functional configuration, testing, data validation, or production support within an HR ERP/HCM environment is required. Preferred qualifications include HR ERP/HCM certification and familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
