Additionally, you'll contribute to data loads, perform regression testing, and support defect resolution. We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-5 years of functional experience in an HR ERP/HCM platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft). A strong grasp of HR master data, organizational structures, and worker lifecycle processes is required. Prior Workday experience is a plus. You must demonstrate a willingness and ability to cross-train on Workday Core HCM.
