This role focuses on designing, building, testing, and deploying integration solutions for Workday, contributing significantly to HR technology initiatives. You will play a key part in enhancing the user experience of Workday's integration products and services.

Key responsibilities include developing and documenting program code according to software development best practices. You will troubleshoot complex integration issues, requiring in-depth knowledge of integration concepts. Translating functional specifications into technical specifications and debugging large code components with minimal supervision are also essential. Assisting other engineers with debugging and ensuring high customer satisfaction through work on Workday's integration tools are critical aspects of this role.

Candidates should possess over 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience and experience handling HR technology across multiple portals like Darwinbox and ATS. A strong command of Boolean Search and Advanced Excel is required, alongside excellent communication skills. The ability to be self-motivated and learn quickly through independent research and self-training is highly valued. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree, or a Post Graduation Diploma in any relevant field, is necessary.
