Join our dynamic Deloitte Workday team as a Senior Team Lead in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on leveraging your existing HR ERP/HCM expertise to become proficient in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) through comprehensive cross-training. You'll play a crucial role in supporting configuration, testing, data validation, and production support, driving client success beyond just system implementation.

Our team offers a full spectrum of Workday services, from initial planning to ongoing support. We go beyond basic system implementation to ensure clients maximize the benefits of their Workday solution, providing advisory and guidance for optimization and enhancement.

As a Senior Team Lead, you will apply your HR ERP/HCM knowledge to master Workday Core HCM concepts, including employee data, organizational structures, and worker lifecycle processes. You'll engage in structured cross-training, hands-on configuration, and testing activities. Key responsibilities include supporting Workday configuration, assisting with data loads via EIB, performing data validation, and collaborating with cross-functional HR teams like Payroll and Benefits.

You will also contribute to release impact analysis, tenant migration, and operational governance. This role involves communicating progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing reusable assets for the team. Adherence to ITIL, Agile, and documentation standards is expected.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–8 years of hands-on functional experience with major HR ERP/HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, or PeopleSoft HCM. A strong understanding of HR master data, organizational structures, worker lifecycle, business workflows, and security within these systems is essential.

Demonstrated experience in functional configuration, testing, data validation, or production support within an HR ERP/HCM environment is required. A proven ability and enthusiasm for cross-training on Workday Core HCM are key. While prior Workday experience is an advantage, it is not mandatory. Strong analytical and client-facing skills are also highly valued.
