As a Senior Team Lead, you will apply your HR ERP/HCM knowledge to understand and configure Workday Core HCM. Key responsibilities include participating in hands-on cross-training, assisting with Workday configuration for various modules, executing testing protocols, and supporting data validation and load activities. You will also collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to ensure end-to-end process integrity and contribute to operational governance, adhering to ITIL and Agile best practices.

You'll be instrumental in analyzing HR business requirements, mapping them to Workday functionality, and supporting incident reviews and enhancement planning. Effective communication of progress, issues, and learning needs to team members and stakeholders is essential, alongside demonstrating a proactive learning mindset and taking ownership of tasks.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years of functional experience in HR ERP/HCM platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or PeopleSoft HCM. A strong understanding of HR master data, organizational structures, worker lifecycle, business workflows, and security within HR ERP systems is essential. Prior Workday experience is advantageous, but a demonstrated ability and willingness to cross-train on Workday Core HCM is mandatory.

Experience in functional configuration, testing, data validation, issue analysis, production support, or enhancement delivery in an HR ERP/HCM environment is required. Relevant HR ERP/HCM certification is preferred. Strong analytical, learning, client-facing, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills are crucial for translating transferable HR ERP knowledge into Workday capabilities. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and change management principles is also beneficial.
